Please Note: If your order was shipped via United States Postal Service, once delivery confirmation shows that your item(s) are delivered, then we have fulfilled our obligation. Delivery confirmation is just that, confirmation of delivery, which is the seller's obligation in its entirety. Feel free to contact USPS to be aware of their shipping practices. If you prefer a more secure shipping option, please contact us before paying for your items. In some cases, there will be added charges for different shipping methods. If your order is eligible for "Free Shipping," SWAK Designs reserves the right to ship your package via the best shipping carrier for your location and/or order size.
Shipping may vary upon location. Please be patient and allow for time to clear customs (2 weeks to 1 month or longer in some cases). Tracking information is not available on international shipments sent via United States Postal Service. Door-to-door tracking is always available on international shipments sent via Express Service. PLEASE NOTE: There may be additional customs fees, taxes and/or independent carrier charges on your order. We do not know what these costs will be, and we will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred from your country. USPS Standard shipping on international orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, occasionally longer if the shipping destination is remote. Please contact your local customs office, branch office of the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS, to find out what kind of fees or charges you can expect before placing your order.
Please Note: Orders shipped via Overnight will be delivered on the next business day. Orders shipped via 2-Day will be delivered within two (2) business days. This does not include Saturday and Sunday. There is an extra charge for Saturday Delivery.
